We want you to love your Nola Amsterdam pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the jewelry is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Nola Amsterdam box to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
